GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
GENERAL PROVISIONS
1. These General Terms and Conditions regulate the use of webshop.navela.hr.
2. The owner of the website www.navela.hr (webshop.navela.hr) is the company Navela d.o.o., Valica 15, 52100 Pula, OIB: 69848363052 (hereinafter referred to as the "Seller").
3. By using the Navela webshop, users are considered to be familiar with these General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms"), and they fully understand and accept them. These Terms apply to the rights and obligations arising from the Sales Agreement concluded via the Navela webshop and are considered an integral part of such agreements.
4. The provisions of the Sales Agreement are governed by the Law on Obligations (NN 35/05, 41/08, 125/11, 78/15, 29/18, 126/21) and the Consumer Protection Act (NN 41/14, 110/15, 14/19) when concluding a consumer contract.
5. The Seller reserves the right to modify, restrict, or terminate the provision of the Navela webshop service at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect upon publication on the Navela webshop website.
6. The Seller reserves the right to errors in the description and images of products and does not guarantee that the product photographs fully correspond to the actual appearance of the products. Product photographs are for illustrative purposes only.
7. The Seller is authorized to change the content of the General Terms, product assortment, and prices on www.navela.hr (webshop.navela.hr) without prior notice.
CONCLUSION OF THE SALES AGREEMENT
1. The Sales Agreement for products between the Buyer and the Seller is concluded at the moment the product is ordered.
BUYER
1. The Buyer can only be an adult and legally capable person.
2. The use of Navela webshop services by children or minors is not allowed, and the Seller is not responsible for the consequences of such use; this responsibility lies solely with parents or guardians.
PRICES
1. All product prices are retail prices expressed in euros (EUR) and with VAT included.
2. Ordered products will be delivered at the prices valid at the time of the web order placement.
3. The Seller is authorized to determine the duration and amount of discounts on sales via the website in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act. The Seller will not accept new orders under the conditions of promotional sales that have expired.
4. The Seller is authorized to change prices without prior notice and to specifically change prices for the webshop based on special decisions. Additionally, the Seller is authorized, without prior notice, to determine discounts, daily or weekly promotions, promotions for specific products, product groups, or all products.
