Delivery Process
1. Delivery is carried out via courier companies providing transportation services.
2. Products will be packaged to ensure they cannot be damaged during normal handling in transit.
3. Upon receipt of the products, the customer is required to inspect for any potential damage and immediately report it to the delivery personnel who delivered the shipment/package or refuse to accept the shipment if visible external damage is observed. The customer is obliged to sign the delivery note or shipping document when receiving the goods, which the delivery service considers confirmation of receipt.
4. In the event that the seller is unable to deliver the purchased product within the specified time frame, the customer will be notified to agree on a new delivery date. In this case, the customer also has the right to terminate the contract.
5. Upon delivery, the customer will receive all accompanying product documents, the invoice, and a receipt confirmation, which must be signed. By signing the receipt confirmation, it is considered that the product was received without visible external damage.
6. Shipments are insured against loss during delivery. The customer is obliged to sign the delivery note or shipping document upon receipt, which the delivery service considers confirmation of receipt.
7. During the processing of the shipment, the customer will receive an email notification regarding the status of their shipment.
Delivery Costs
1. Shipments from the online store are delivered via GLS services for Croatia and via DHL/ UPS for EU.
2. Delivery costs within the Republic of Croatia, including VAT, for specific purchase amounts are as follows:
- For purchases up to €35, delivery costs are €7.96.
- For purchases from €35 to €80, delivery costs are €5.31.
- For purchases over €80, delivery is free
A flat rate of 22,00 EUR applies to shipping within the EU.
3. Products paid for according to the provided offer will be delivered to the customer within 1-4 business days (excluding islands, depending on ferry schedules, and the Dubrovnik region) and 7-10 days for other EU countries except Croatia. If you wish to arrange a specific delivery time, please include this under NOTES so that your request can be forwarded to the delivery service.
4. When making a purchase, you can choose between delivery or personal pickup. Personal pickup can be arranged by calling +385 (0)52 866 070 or emailing navela@navela.hr after payment. For personal pickup, the customer must show the order and payment confirmation (digital or printed) and present an ID card.
5. Shipments can be picked up at our office located at Valica 15, 52100 Pula, during our working hours.
6. Webshop orders and delivery services do not apply to international locations; orders are only accepted and processed for addresses within the Republic of Croatia.
7. Navela d.o.o. is committed to delivering the correct ordered goods within the maximum stated time frame after payment. Ordered goods can be picked up in person if you are in Pula and its surroundings; otherwise, delivery is carried out via GLS services.
