When will my order be shipped out?

If the item(s) are on stock, the order will be shipped out between 1 and 3 working days. If there is longer waiting time, we will notify you via email. If your order was placed after 3 p.m. on a working Friday, it will be shipped out next Monday. We do not ship out on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.

Can we pick up the order?

Yes. During check out, you can opt for personal pick up when choosing the delivery type. You can pick up the order in our HQ on the address Valica 15, 52100 Pula after you received our confirmation via email.

What are the shipping fees?

  • For purchase up to 33,18 EUR / 250 HRK (conversion rate 7,53450) the shipping fee is 7,96 EUR
  • For purchase up to 33,18 EUR / 250 HRK (conversion rate 7,53450) to 79,6 EUR / 600 HRK the shipping fee is 5,97 EUR
  • For purchase up to 79,6 EUR / 600 HRK shipping is free of charge.

Where do you ship to?

Currently we ship out only to Croatia.

What if I ordered a wrong article?

If the shipment has already left our warehouse, you need to do a return. Below you can download the return form and return the package. If you have additional questions while filling in the form, feel free to contact us.

If I returned the package, when will I get my funds returned?

The return is performed within 14 working days.

Which payments do you accept?

We accept Diners, Discover, Mastercard, Maestro and Visa.

    

The product I want is not on stock. What can I do now?

Send us an email and we will let you know when it will be available or offer you a suitable replacement.
